Subject: Urgent Repair Needed for Potholes in DHA, Saddar  

Dear Sir/Madam,  

I am writing to bring to your attention the deteriorating condition of the road surface in the DHA area of Saddar, which is severely affected by numerous potholes. The damaged road not only poses a risk to vehicles but also endangers the safety of pedestrians, leading to potential accidents and injuries. Additionally, the poor road conditions contribute to traffic congestion and inconvenience for residents and commuters alike.  

I kindly request that the Karachi Metropolitan Corporation take immediate action to repair the potholes and restore the road to a safe and drivable condition. Given the urgency of this matter, I would appreciate it if the repairs could be completed within the next two weeks.  

Furthermore, I would like to request an acknowledgement of this complaint along with a reference number for follow-up purposes.
